Delphine Pruitt, Principal

Delphine Pruitt is principal of Connect The Dots Consultants, a consulting firm that partners with mission driven organizations to accelerate their equity and inclusion journey.  Delphine’s leadership in multiculturalism, equity  and inclusion has transformed organizations, strengthened engagements and generated millions in new revenue.  As a leader in the field, she served with U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters, as part of a delegation to Cuba, to improve cultural understanding and business relations. After spending nearly two decades of successfully executing diversity lending strategies with Fannie Mae, Ms. Pruitt embarked upon her entrepreneurial journey to further advance multicultural and inclusive strategies.

Delphine also served as a Warren Weaver Fellow with the Rockefeller Foundation responsible for implementing a $100 million national community development initiative that leveraged over $2 billion of investments and 300 community development corporations (CDC) in 350 neighborhoods

Carolyn Fowler, Consultant

Carolyn has expertise in training, meeting facilitation, focus groups, and organizational development services.   She  is a former AT&T Executive and Chief Operating Officer for The Smiley Group, Inc. a communications corporation established in support of human rights and empowerment issues.

Berlinda Fontenot-Jamerson, Consultant

Berlinda is highly regarded as a “trail-blazer” in the field of diversity management.  She  held positions with  Disney ABC Television Group and Sempra Energy where the company consistently ranked in the top five on Diversity Inc’s listings of best places to work and best employers for minorities.

Elizabeth (Betty) Consultant

Betty is currently an Adjunct Faculty member with the Federal Government.  She has conducted training courses in the areas of professional development, management, communications, and leadership.  Betty held positions with the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and the County of Los Angles.
