Our second step is to take what we learned to validate needs, determine the format and expectations to ensure outcomes are met. Diversity and Inclusion

We offer comprehensive, customizable, high impact and interactive workshops for management teams to build rapport and confidence to address difficult situations inherent in a diverse workforce. Clients are given tools for developing action plans and practical methods for incorporating solutions.

Unconscious Bias – Research shows that implicit associations influence business outcomes more than conscious decision making. This course helps clients understand that what we are aware of, we can influence, what we are not aware of, influences us. This workshop will help clients understand each of the implicit associations that lead to biased decisions. Clients will learn how to interrupt bias and make better business decisions.

Micro Inequities – Thin slicing occurs in all business environments and leads to disengaged employees and diminished results. This course is designed to help clients understand how to develop a highly engaged workforce where employees feel included, valued, supported, and respected.

Cross Cultural Competency – The differences that make the difference in most situations are often times rooted in culture. This course helps you understand your cultural scripts and how others interpret these messages in ways that lead to erroneous assumptions. We go deeper than the geographic cultural associations to analyze the nuances of culture that go beyond black and white.

Leveraging Diversity and Inclusion – (This program is recommended for leaders and those who manage teams.) This course goes beyond representation to help organizations understand the benefits of a fully leveraged diverse workforce. It uses research and fact based dialogue and exercises to demonstrate that more diverse teams outperform homogenous teams, even when the homogenous teams are more skilled.
